Last Call for the Clegg Rental House in Springfield

Hi Friends, Our landlord gave us a month to mention the house to any friends who might be interested, but he will turn over the search to a realty office at the end of this month.  So, if you are at all interested or want more info, please contact me this week.  

Ours is a small three bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, well-kept single family house ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE RALSTONS.  Our landlord is attentive and professional.  Some of our favorite things about our house and neighborhood include a variety of friendly neighbors, a quiet and safe street, walking distance to the elementary school and a small neighborhood park, a beautiful kitchen and sunroom, a great backyard, hardwood floors throughout, and on and on.  

Obviously we are sad to lose this place while we are gone for a year, but it would be great to keep this rental in the ward family, if possible.  Cheers!  ~Jill (347)652-8828
