GENERAL WOMEN'S MEETING!
Please join us for the General Women's Meeting, Saturday, September 27th at 7pm at the Short Hills Ward Building. Come at 7pm for pizza & cookies and a special musical presentation by the young women! At 8pm the broadcast will begin! All women and girls age eight and older are invited to participate! BISHOP'S STOREHOUSE ASSIGNMENT: 5 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
On Tuesday, September 23, at 5:00 p.m. our ward needs to provide five people to serve at the Bishop’s Storehouse. Below are the specifics: Short Hills Ward Bishop’s Storehouse Assignment on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. at the Bishop’s Storehouse located at 121 W Ethel Road #7, New Brunswick, NJ 08906. According to Google, the storehouse is 26 miles from our meetinghouse, and it takes about 38 minutes to get there by car without traffic. If you can volunteer to go, please respond benjamin.reed.johnson@gmail.com.  He needs a list of five people who are committed to attend.

STAKE CLOTHING DRIVE!

The stake is having a clothing drive on Saturday, October 25th. Alyssa Roncallo will coordinate the clothing drive for the ward. Clothing can be dropped off at her house, 69 Broad Street, Summit, NJ OR you can bring them to church. *Clothes need to be in good condition for this donation.

WRITE A SISTER MISSIONARY!
We have the wonderful on-going opportunity of writing the Sister missionaries from our ward.  It's part service, part visiting teaching and 100% a joy.  We currently have 5 sisters out in the field: Melanie Carmack, Annyssa Herlihy Krystyna, Macarena Moreno, Paige Peterson, and Tori Thomas. If you are willing to select a sister to write monthly for 6 months, please let us know. If you are currently writing a sister and would like to continue, you are of course more than welcome.
