Blogs a Plenty

From Ashli:

Some time ago we asked for the blogs that you sisters find useful, good resources etc.  While we didn't get an overwhelming response, I wanted to list those we did receive and maybe add a few that in my humble opinion are worth a peruse.  I will link each of them so you can just click on the link and take a look.  Just hover over the title of each one and then you can click it and it will take you directly to the site.

Our Best Bites: A recipe/food blog.  I personally love this blog and all their recipes.  I also own their cookbook and am anxiously awaiting the release of their 2nd.  I have never disliked anything I have made of theirs.

Mel's Kitchen Cafe:  cooking blog.

Food Gawker:   Yep, you guess it, a food blog :)

The Sisters Cafe:  recipe/food blog

Fly Lady:  Housekeeping/ Organization.  I have actually tried some of her principles and thing she has good ideas.

Etsy:  All things crafty.  Buy or sell handmade anything etc.

Sugar Doodle:  LDS lesson/ideas.  Has some good ideas for general conference helps

Lives of Drs wives:  A haven for medical spouses to find encouragement, information, and support.

Clover Lane:  This woman is a strict Catholic Mother of 5 going on 6 children and is all about honoring the role of Mother and staying true to tradition values etc. She often posts about organization, routine, mothering etc. Although catholic she often quotes LDS prophets in her words of encouragement  :)

71 toes:  A mother of 5 who is also a photographer and her last child has special needs and has a rare syndrome that causes eventually blindness.  Her (shawni) parents are the Eyre's who are kind of the parenting experts and have written many books about parenting etc.  She is always very real about being a busy mother but finding the good and savoring everyday.

If there any others you feel are helpful or really worthwhile go ahead and add it in the comments.  Thanks!
